UCC TAIWAN Representative Shao-Sing Lin Wins the 2026 World Latte Art Championship

Shao-Sing Lin (Coffee Lovers Planet UCC Taiwan) wins Third National Champion title!
We are thrilled to announce that Shao Sing has been crowned the champion of 2025 Taiwan Latte Art Championship! This victory which took place during Taiwan International Coffee Show (November 15–18 2025), is his third national title (following 2020 and 2022 Taiwan Latte Art Championship) solidifying his status to set the standard for artistry in the coffee community.
The competition included both Preliminary and Final rounds, requiring competitors to present: Free-pour latte art, and Designer latte art. Shao Sing showcased his winning set featuring a captivating Raccoon, a Wise Owl, and a French Bulldog.
Participants were evaluated on technique, consistency, precision, artistic presentation, and the ability to deliver a clear concept behind their creations. Shao Sing’s performance highlighted his ability to blend technical mastery with imaginative storytelling.
The Next Step: World Latte Art Championship 2026
With this national title, Shao Sing has earned the honor of representing us on the world stage. His next stop is the 2026 World Latte Art Championship (WLAC)!
The WLAC is the most prestigious competition globally and will be held in San Diego, California, USA, from April 10–12, 2026, as part of the World of Coffee San Diego event.
This will not be Shao Sing’s first time competing globally; he previously achieved two incredible 2nd Runner-Up results at the WLAC in 2021 and 2023. We are proud of his steady development and strong competitive spirit.
Please join us in extending our sincere congratulations to Shao Sing! We can’t wait to support him as he prepares to step on world stage in San Diego.

Congratulations to Chen Ling Chieh from Coffee Lover’s Planet Taipei Dunhua store who achieved a victory, securing 2025 Taiwan Siphon National championship title at the Taiwan Specialty Coffee Competition on 12th July 2025!

Taiwan Hand Drip Championship: We’re delighted to announce that a team member, Chen Hui Ling from Coffee Lovers Planet (CLP), achieved a 3rd place in Taiwan Hand Drip Championship 2025!
Furthermore, several UCC Taiwan staff (office and CLP) also demonstrated their brewing process by securing spots within the top 10 in the Taiwan Hand Drip competition 2025, which highlights the widespread passion and skill across our entire UCC Taiwan family.
